1932SummerI watched a younc bird of this species being fed at Sturgeon Lake on July 8th., The Flicker, 1932
1933Summer Risser saw an o.dul t carrying nesting Llntorial on June 25th near Sturgeon Lake. In contrast, young just out of the nest were seen by Henson near Ely on the same date. OVEN-BIRD Cummings observed an adult feeding young at Lolto Minnetonka on June 13th.
1934Summer Risser found a nest of this tree-top trillor, unde:r.-construction on July 5th at Sturgeon Lake. OVEN-BIRD The earliest occupied nest of this plain warbler ~ls found by Russell Johnson near Grand Marais on Juno 17th; whion its contents were 4 young and 1 egg. The latest nest was report.od by P.rosser an,c1 found by Douglas Campbell a.t Linwood Lake on July 91~h, when it held 3 eggs.
1946Summer3 large young, June 13, Beltrami Co., Owre. Our northern readers should watch for nests of this bird; two years' reports do not indicate its abundance.

1961SpringA species that often eludes spring observers, was seen as early as 23 April by Nels Hervi near Virginia, St. Louis County. William Pieper saw one in Minneapolis on 13 May and A. C. Rosenwinkel saw one at Willow River, Pine County on 27 May.

Late north 9/28 Itasca SC, 9/29 Wadena AAz, 9/27 – 10/3 Crow Wing (Crow Wing Twp.) PSP (median 9/30). Late south 9/24 Brown (2) ebd, Stearns ebd, 10/2 Nicollet BAb, 10/4 Hennepin ebd, 11/21 Washington DGW (median 10/2).
 
 Breeds mostly north-central, northeast, and east-central. Migrant throughout, but rare southwest.
